Inside: Villa of 200 m2 (2200 sq ft) , fully air conditioned.
Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen, living room with two comfortable leather sofas and a large bench around a coffee table creating different living space. The living room also hosts the dining table for 8 people. Two large bedrooms with double beds and one with a sea view and the second a warm teak flooring giving a touch more exotic to this room. A bathroom with bath and double sink. Bathroom. Always at the same level, an outdoor terrace (25 m2) is accessible from the living room with sea view and large outdoor table.
On the upper floor, a large master bedroom with its adjoining bathroom, dressing room and large terrace with a view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, as well as a toilet.
Garden level: the lower level is accessible from the ground floor by an outside staircase only. At this level, a large outdoor terrace (100m2) gives on the one hand on the swimming pool (7 m by 3.5 m) and on the other hand on two rooms. The first has a double bed, while the second has two single beds. This level, perfect for children, has a ceiling height of only 2m. A bathroom is adjacent to these two bedrooms. The supply of bed linen and towels (towels and bath towels), cleaning end of rental, as well as the tourist tax are included in the rates.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only.
The pool is serviced weekly. Pets are not accepted.
